Return Policy

Tags and labels are still attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Wait for our team to confirm and send you the authorized return address.

After shipment: If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please refuse delivery upon arrival. A refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs once the parcel is returned.
📦 Responsibility for Lost or Late Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number.
Jimmykit is not responsible for lost or delayed returns caused by courier services.
